Script development, storyboarding, AI environment pre-viz, casting (for hybrid), location planning. EU AI Act compliance documentation drafted at this stage — synthetic media disclosure elements prepared.
For full AI: structured AI generation passes through our toolchain with Naturalismus-Layer evaluation at each iteration. For hybrid: professional filming combined with AI generation in parallel — integrated at scene level, not as an afterthought.

The Naturalismus-Layer (NL1–NL5) is Picco-Vision's proprietary framework for evaluating the realism of AI-generated film scenes. NL1 = fully AI-generated without human intervention; NL5 = seamless human-AI collaboration at cinematic quality level, where AI contributions are indistinguishable to the untrained eye. During production, our team evaluates each iteration against the NL scale and iterates until the target NL level is reached.
